About This Role
As a Social Media Specialist at Gantha Studio, you will play a key role in shaping our brand presence in the digital space through engaging, relevant, and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Creation
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Develop creative content ideas tailored to the target audience
2. Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Manage content calendars in a structured and consistent manner
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor digital trends and platform updates
- Analyze content performance
- Optimize strategies based on data and insights
4. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams
- Produce high-quality visuals and compelling copy
5. Community Management
- Build and manage authentic interactions with the audience
- Increase engagement through creative communication
6. Trend & Platform Awareness
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging platforms
- Explore new features and opportunities to improve content performance
Requirements
Core Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal brand or business)
- Creative mindset with strong visual and written storytelling skills
- Understanding of content planning, basic analytics, and engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar
- Experience in short-form video editing (CapCut, VN, etc.)
- Interest in games, technology, or digital culture
